Scholarship Criteria 

• Must attend a high school located in the U.S. 

• Eligible students can apply regardless of nationality or citizenship. 

• Must have achieved an unweighted 3.5 CGPA based on a 4.0 Grading Scale. 

• Must enroll in a four-year college or university, in the 2026 fall semester. FAFSA information is not required to apply. 

• Must work 240 hours from January 1, 2026, to September 1, 2026. 

• Award recipients will receive $2,000 to purchase essential items for college. 

• Award recipients will be eligible to receive up to $7,500 each semester. 

• After graduation from college, recipients can apply for a Hagan Graduate Scholarship. 

• Parents 2024 Adjusted Gross Income must not have exceeded $100,000. 

• The Application Deadline is December 1, 2025. Scholarships will be awarded in April 2026.

ELKS MVS NATIONAL FOUNDATION SCHOLARSHIPS (NATIONAL)                                                                             Posted: 9/24/2025

Applicants will be judged on Academics, Leadership, Financial Need, and Service. Over 2.44 Million Dollars will be awarded. A total of 500 four-year scholarship awards will be given out this year, ranging from $1,000/yr to $12,500/yr! Helen and Harvey Pell Fund for Education Scholarship is available to current residents of the Wexford Missaukee ISD area graduating from high school, have graduated from high school, or obtained a GED; or

1. Applicant or his/her parents must be a member of the Osceola County Farm Bureau.

All applicants must be a resident of Michigan or Florida, or a member of Lake Michigan Credit Union (LMCU), or the child of an LMCU member. For Juniors planning to enroll in college in the Fall of 2026. Must be an American citizen or legal permanent resident. This is a full-ride scholarship for four years of undergraduate study. Applicants are chosen based on academic excellence and their interest in public policy. Applicant should have an appreciation for the values of President Coolidge as well as humility and service. Legacy awards provide $4,000 scholarships for children and grandchildren of dues-paying Elk members. For the 2025 contest, any child or grandchild (or step-child, step-grandchild, or legal ward) of a living Elk who joined the order on or before April 1, 2022, or a charter member of a Lodge that was instituted on or after April 1, 2022, is eligible to apply. The Elk must also be a paid-up member through March 31, 2025. Great-grandchildren are not eligible.
