We're looking for a small number of good independent welders around Frankston and the Peninsula. We find the customers, check every job, and send you one exclusive brief. You quote and do the work, your way.
A customer contacts us. Through the site, a call or a text.
We qualify it. Job type, material, suburb, timing and photos, before it gets to you.
You get a brief. One job, one welder. It's not shared with three others.
You quote and do the job. Directly with the customer, at your price.
We invoice monthly. A flat fee for each qualified lead sent that month.
A flat fee per qualified lead (plus GST), not a cut of your job. Current rate on request; we're starting around $30.
No sign-up fee, no monthly membership, no lock-in.
A lead counts as qualified when it's a real customer, in an agreed suburb, for an in-scope job, with working contact details.

An active ABN (and tell us if you're registered for GST)
Current public liability insurance, with a certificate of currency
Quality photos of your own recent work, ideally gates, trailers or aluminium
To contact customers within one business day
For structural work: registration with the Building and Plumbing Commission where required, and insurance that covers structural work. Structural leads (under $10,000, quoted after a site visit) only go to partners who have both.
You're an independent business, not an employee or subcontractor. You set your prices, use your own gear and can work for anyone.
Flat fee per qualified lead, plus GST, invoiced monthly, paid within 14 days.
Customers and enquiries stay with Peninsula Mobile Welding. No soliciting referred customers outside the referred job for 12 months; repeat work comes back through us or carries a fee.
You don't use our brand, number or site.
You own the quote, contract, work, warranty and complaints, and carry your own insurance.
No gas or plumbing work. Structural only under $10,000, and only if you're registered and insured for it.
Customer details are used only for that job.
3-month trial, then month to month. 14 days' notice either way.
