About Me

Dear Parents,

I would like to welcome everyone to a brand new school year. My name is Jeannie Soto, formally Ms. Buentello. I have been teaching here at Bonham Elementary for the past 12 years. Most of my years have been spent in Kindergarten and 1st grade, where our focus is on teaching our young learners how to read. I was blessed last year when I was moved from 1st grade, to teach Dyslexia. I have learned so much in this last year. I was so inspired by our kids, that I felt I needed to gain as much knowledge as possible to help them be successful. I am currently working on becoming a CALT (Certified Academic Language Therapist). I look forward to getting to know you and work with you this year. Thank you so much for all your support.
