We have created this Privacy Policy so that you can find, in one place, all the information regarding the use of your personal data collected for the provision and personalization of our services through the Store Shelfie application (“Application”).

Preliminary Definitions

• Application: Store Shelfie

• MC1 Clients: any natural or legal person, public or private, who directly or indirectly uses the services offered by MC1;

• Controller: the natural or legal person responsible for making decisions regarding the processing of Personal Data;

• Personal Data: information related to an identified or identifiable natural person;

• Data Protection Officer: person appointed by MC1 who acts as a communication channel between MC1, data subjects, and authorities regarding Personal Data;

• MC1 or We: A company focused on digital transformation and the CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) industry. MC1 is a leader in developing and commercializing "last-mile" sales force and sales execution automation applications, with 50k+ clients delivering their products to over 10M+ points of sale in more than 30 countries. Our portfolio helps our clients to be more efficient and productive.

• Processor: a natural or legal person who processes Personal Data on behalf of the controller;

• Privacy Policy: this is the document available on the MC1 website (indicated at the end of this notice) that transparently outlines how MC1 handles your Personal Data;

• Data Subject: the natural person to whom the Personal Data relates and who is the subject of the data processing;

• International Data Transfer: any Personal Data processing activity that involves access to the data by an agent located abroad or the storage of Personal Data abroad;

• Personal Data Processing: any operation carried out with Personal Data, such as collection, production, reception, classification, use, access, reproduction, transmission, distribution, processing, archiving, storage, deletion, evaluation, control, modification, communication, transfer, dissemination, or extraction;

• You or User: any natural person who interacts with us through this Application.

Preliminary Provisions

In the context of this Application, MC1 is responsible for storing, managing, and protecting the User’s Personal Data during the term of the contract with the industry that has hired our services. MC1 stores the data in its systems and implements the necessary security measures to ensure the protection of these data.

Relationship and Data Collection

MC1 acts as an intermediary between the industry and the Store Shelfie user, without direct responsibility for the accreditation contract between the user and the industry. The industry, which hires MC1’s services, has a direct accreditation agreement with the application user, who is a partner of the industry.

The Store Shelfie user uses the application to fulfill the responsibilities agreed upon between them and the industry. To access our product, Store Shelfie, the user must register in the system with their personal access data, in addition to entering the accreditation code provided by the industry. This code is exclusive for the use of that partner and is provided directly by the industry to the user.

3. How do we collect your Personal Data?

The collection of your Personal Data occurs directly and exclusively through the registration performed by the user in Store Shelfie. The user must provide:

• Full name;

• Personal email;

• Phone number;

• Accreditation code provided by the industry.

These data are necessary to create access to the application and to enable communication between the industry and the user, as established in the contract between both parties.
