Mrs. Ellis

Julie Ellis graduated from Montgomery County R-II and then received her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Truman State University. She began her teaching career at Montgomery County R-II School District at the Middle School teaching 7th and 8th grade Language Arts before moving to the high school where she has taught junior and senior Language and Dual Credit Composition from Central Methodist University for the past 21 years. A career highlight is being named a 2018-2019 Missouri State Teacher of the Year Finalist. Julie and her family live in rural High Hill.
