Christine is a strategic advisor and management consultant who founded MC Consulting Services LLC to help technology and industrial executives unlock growth, accelerate product concept to profit, and scale edge and embedded solutions. She advises component, software, and system providers across multiple growth stages, guiding strategy, go-to-market execution, and organizational leadership to enable growth. Known for turning complex market and technology shifts into actionable strategies, she is a trusted partner to leaders driving solutions to capitalize on the digital and industrial transformation that is underway.
Her advisory practice builds on more than three decades at Intel Corporation, where Christine rose to Vice President and General Manager of the Federal & Industrial Solutions Division within the IoT/Edge Computing Group. There, she scaled the division into a major revenue-producing business, outpaced market growth, and sustained strong margin performance. She launched transformative industrial automation and AI solutions, drove product and platform offerings tailored to industrial requirements, and forged cross-company and industry alliances to shape next-generation manufacturing and utility systems. Over the years, Christine developed results focused organizations with aligned vision, inclusive and collaborative culture, and operational excellence. Christine has a foundation of experience across roles in product and program management, ecosystem development, and application engineering within the embedded and edge groups addressing a range of markets beyond industrial, including retail, networking & communications, automotive, and mass storage.
Widely recognized as a subject-matter expert in Embedded-IoT-Edge Compute markets, Christine is frequently sought after by peers, customers, and partners to share insights on industry trends, value chain dynamics, and ecosystem collaboration. She was instrumental in Intel’s pivotal role to advance industry alliances and standards such as the Open Process Automation Forum (OPAF), the Virtual Protection Automation & Control (VPAC) Alliance, and Time Sensitive Networking (TSN).
An active board leader, Christine serves as Chairman of the Board, Executive Committee Member, and Finance Committee Member of the Arizona Technology Council Board and has previously served on the boards of Novarc Technologies, CABA, and the Chandler Chamber of Commerce. Her governance experience spans compensation, strategy, and governance, complementing her consulting practice with boardroom perspective.
Christine holds an MBA from Arizona State University and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, and has completed executive leadership courses at Wharton, UVA Darden, and Stanford. Christine’s contributions have been recognized with honors, including Most Influential Women in Arizona (2021), Most Influential Technology Leaders in Arizona, Public Policy (2022), and the Intel Achievement Award (2021).
