本アプリは自動更新型サブスクリプションを提供します：
月額 ¥300
サブスクリプションの管理および解約は、App Storeのアカウント設定から行えます。
無料ユーザーは、1日あたり最大3回までAI日記を生成できます。
利用制限は予告なく変更される場合があります。
利用者は以下を行ってはなりません：
サービスの不正利用
システムへの妨害行為
違法目的での利用
本アプリの機能および構成要素は提供者に帰属します。
ユーザーが入力したコンテンツの権利はユーザーに帰属します。
本アプリは現状有姿で提供されます。
中断やエラーが発生しないことを保証するものではありません。
法令で認められる最大限の範囲において、本アプリ利用により生じた間接的損害について責任を負いません。
本規約に違反した場合、利用を停止する場合があります。
本規約は随時更新されることがあります。継続利用により改定内容に同意したものとみなします。
By using this mobile application (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
The App offers an auto-renewing subscription:
¥300 per month
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
Free users may generate up to 3 AI diary entries per day.
Usage limits may change at our discretion.
You agree not to:
Misuse the service
Attempt to disrupt or interfere with system operations
Use the App for unlawful purposes
All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by the App provider.
Users retain ownership of their own input content.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
