Class Rules
1. Show respect towards yourself, other students
and the teacher
2. Come to class prepared (with CHARGED Chromebook, pen/pencil,
notebook paper, homework, Class folder etc.)
3. No cell phones. If I see it; I will take it and it can be picked up at the
end of the day by a parent. Phones are not allowed in school for the
entire day by 6-9th grade. Phones must be turned off and in their
locker for the entire day. Grades 10th -12th may use them during
lunch times only.
4. No Food in the classroom; water only if water is not being used appropriately I reserve the right to make all the bottles be placed on the back counter.
5. Stay on task. We are here to learn. Put the effort toward your education and do not interfere with the education of others.
6. Passes: Do NOT interrupt instruction to ask if you can leave the room for any reason. No passes will be permitted during the first or last 10 minutes of class. There will be 4 hall passes for each student at the beginning of the marking period. Classes are only 50 minutes. Students should be using the bathroom during the 5 minutes of switching time and saving their passes for emergencies only.
7. No late work will be accepted within 1 week of the end of a marking period (10% will be deducted from your score for every day work is late up to 50% this should be turned in before the test on that unit).
8. Any missed tests/quizzes must be made up before or after school.
