This renewal would maintain the existing tax on industrial, commercial, some agricultural property, and second homes (non-homestead property). It is NOT a tax on a family’s primary home.
This renewal is NOT a millage increase. There will be No change to your current non-homestead tax.
The money the district receives from the non-homestead operating millage supports the district's day to day operations, including student programs, staffing, high quality education, school safety and services.
