Garbage - Pick up is Monday and Thursday by 7AM curbside (Elm Lane) each week.  Please place all trash securely in the garbage can provided.  Garbage cans are in the garage.

Recycling - Pick up is Wednesday by 7AM curbside (Elm Lane) each week.  Place non-sorted and clean:  paper, glass, metal, plastics and cardboard in the blue bin.  The blue recycling bin is in the garage. 

Check-Out Procedures

• Place all used towels (bath, lake, kitchen) in the clothes hamper by the washing machine in the basement.

• Take off all bed linens (pillowcases, fitted sheet, flat sheet, duvet cover) and place them on the bed.

• Please run all dirty kitchen items in the dishwasher before departure.

• All items used, such as bikes, umbrellas, lake equipment, etc. should be placed where found.

• All windows and doors should be closed and locked prior to departure.

• Take/discard all food/drink items in the refrigerator and pantry.

• Garbage-Upon departure, securely bag any garbage and place in the garbage can in the basement.  

• Recycling-Place non-sorted and clean:  paper, glass, metal, plastics and cardboard in the blue container in the basement.  

House Rules

• Please leave all doors/windows closed while operating the AC.  This includes doors leading to the porches and the garage door. 

• Please refer to all house rules agreed upon and outlined in the lease agreement.
