Mawaddah Int'l Group for Hotel and Umrah Services is a hotel operator specializing in the provision of Hajj and Umrah services. In addition to several hotels under its management in Makkah and Madinah, the Group has established an extensive network of travel agents and tour operators across the world. Historically, Mawaddah’s services included issuing Umrah travel visas, arranging air and sea travel to and from Saudi Arabia, and providing comprehensive ground transportation solutions within the Kingdom, enabling a fully integrated pilgrimage experience for guests.
Founded in 1996, Mawaddah is one of the first full-scale operations dedicated to serving pilgrims visiting Islam’s holiest sites. Over nearly three decades, the Group has built deep expertise in accommodating diverse guest segments, successfully meeting the needs of pilgrims from different cultural, geographic, and economic backgrounds.
