IEP PM Google Form Video 

You will be meeting with a coordinator twice a month to review progress monitoring data.  We recognize that there are shortcomings with using AIMSWEB to progress monitor our IEP goals.  This year, we will be using a Google Form for each student to track specific IEP goals.  The video above will show you how to create one for each student and how it automatically collects the data for you.  Cynthia will work with elementary special educators to get a Google Form created for each of your students and Heather created them for the middle and high school special educators (as they all start day 1 with students).

Do I have to use AIMSWEB?

If your goals align with AIMSWEB, please use it.  We should plan on doing the three benchmarks as well because those are used for evaluations.
