To inspire children's curiosity and confidence in mathematics.
Mathy Me's goal is to reframe the mathematical journey of children by creating experiences that build on the human desire to make sense of our world.
We provide opportunities and supports for children and their families to learn about mathematics through play and conversation. We support Family Math events with fun and unique activities and discussions partner with daycare providers/preschools as visiting mathematicians. We have multiple series of fun math experiences designed for 2-6 year olds as well as unique math activities through age 10!

"We know from research that it takes 400 repetitions of an act or learning a skill to get one new synapse...OR 12 repetitions with joy and laughter and you get a synapse because of the release of the chemical dopamine"
Karen Purvis, Institute of Child Development
"In addition, there is compelling research that indicates early math understandings are not only predictors of math success in students' later experiences, but they also predict student success in literacy. Studies also show that positive early math experiences have a positive impact on the development of executive function and social emotional learning."
Doug Clements and Julie Sarama, University of Colorado
