We are so happy to announce that Math Corps Summer Camp 2024 will be hosted again on Drexel's Campus in Summer 2024!
Camp Dates: July 8 - August 1
TA and Instructor Orientation: June 25-27
Camp Preparation: July 1,2
Camp Times
Campers: 9:30AM - 2:30PM
TAs and Staff: 8:30AM - 3:15 PM
A PAID SUMMER OPPORTUNITY for current 9th-11th graders.
The Camp day involves math instruction in both the basics and advanced topics, recreational activities and time for socialization and team-building. Campers work with high school mentors, college students and teachers in a supportive team environment focused on personal development and future success. Teaching Assistants lead camp activities, including recreational, social and team-building activities, mentor small groups of middle school students and develop and expand their own mathematics understanding. All participants are immersed in academic life on Drexel’s campus.
Math Corps is hiring in the following ares:
College STEM students to serve as College Instructors (CIs)
STEM teachers to teach both middle and high school mathematics classes
