All Students must be registered to participate in the C.A.R.E.S. program. Registration ensures that we have the most up-to-date emergency contacts and important information for your child.
Registration forms are available on the Maternity BVM School website or through the school office.
A completed registration form must be on file before your child attends the program.
Please note: Children are only permitted to attend on days when they are officially registered.
