Science Course Change Requests
Welcome to the Mater Dei Science Course Change Request site. Please follow the directions below if you would like to request a different Science course than the one that appears on your 2024-25 course request.
Before requesting a placement change, please complete the following steps:
Review the Mater Dei Course Catalog for Science course offerings and prerequisites.
Discuss your idea with your parents. Parent approval will be required.
Notes on using the form: Do not request edit access, just fill out and submit the form.
All students who submit a request will receive a response. Please do not email any requests- all will be handled through this form in the order they are received.
Not sure which placement to request?
Please contact our Science Placement Specialist, Mrs. Stolo (kstolo@materdei.org) for advice. Be sure to tell Mrs. Stolo your full name, grade level, any courses you are considering, and to include specific questions for her. If you already know which placement you want to request, do not email her, simply submit the form above.
