The Men of Color Initiative provides men from underrepresented ethnic backgrounds the tools and support needed for their overall success as a student here at Milwaukee Area Technical College (MATC). The department also collaborates with MATC's student support services and community partners to develop initiatives that increase the retention and graduation of men of color.
