About Me

Hi! My name is Ms. Kyra, and I am so excited to be joining the MaST community as a Special Education Teacher!

I grew up in Royersford, Pennsylvania. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Child Psychology from Holy Family University in 2019. After graduation, I moved to Memphis, Tennessee, where I worked as a Pre-K Special Education Teacher. In 2020, I returned home to Pennsylvania and began working as an Instructional Assistant for students with Autism in an elementary school. It was during this time that I truly discovered my passion for teaching students with unique learning needs.

In June 2025, I completed my Master’s degree in Special Education with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis at Drexel University, along with earning my Teaching Certification.

I am passionate about creating a classroom where every child feels safe, supported, and celebrated for their strengths. I look forward to building strong relationships with my students, families, and colleagues as we work together to help each child succeed!
