Hello! I'm Mrs. O'Brien.
I teach small group reading intervention using the Wilson Reading System. I am a Level 1 certified Wilson Dyslexia Practitioner. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood and Special Education from Arcadia University, followed by a Master of Science in Education degree with a concentration in reading and literacy from Walden University. This is my 8th year teaching, 5th year at MaST 3, and 4th year teaching Wilson. I am also the head coach for our high school cheerleading team. When I am not teaching or coaching, I love to spend time with my husband and daughter or read a good book!
Mrs. Chachoute
Hello! My name is Mrs. Chachoute ( Mrs. C) and I am very excited to be part of the MaST family. This is my first year at MaST and teaching Wilson. Prior to joining MaST, I taught 1st and 2nd graders in an afterschool program and Pre-K for over 20 years as a Lead teacher in Center City Philadelphia. Also, I worked at Upper Dublin School District as an Educational Assistant. I have an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education from CCP and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Temple University. I am currently pursuing my teaching certification.
I am a proud mother of five children. I love spending time with my family and going on vacations when I'm not in the classroom. Additionally, in my spare time, I enjoy reading, dancing, shopping and going to the gym.
