• Parent/guardian may use email, written note, TalkingPoints, or the absence form located on the MaST website (and below).

• ANY WRITTEN DOCUMENTATION IS ACCEPTED!

• It is extremely important I receive a note. Without documentation, your child will have an UNEXCUSED absence.
