Hi there! My name is Ms. Sklar and I will be your second grade teacher this year. This is my first year teaching, and I have wanted to be a teacher for my entire life. I graduated from Penn State University in May, 2023 with a BS in Elementary and Early Childhood Education. I believe in forming meaningful relationships with my students and hope to make a difference in each of their lives. I am SO excited for the school year and to learn and grow together! This is going to be the best year ever!!!

1. I have a mini-golden doodle named Maggie.

2. I studied in Rome, Italy for a semester in college and visited 10 different cities across multiple countries.

3. I have a younger sister named Eva. She is a freshman at University of Delaware.

4. I love cooking for my family and friends.

5. My favorite book genre is FANTASY!
