👶 Human Development 👵
Human Development is the study of the systematic processes of growth, change, and stability that occur throughout a person’s life. It explores how people develop physically, cognitively, emotionally, and socially from conception through late adulthood. In this course, we will examine the many ways individuals change over time, including how they think, learn, communicate, form relationships, and respond to the world around them. We will also explore characteristics and traits that tend to remain stable throughout life, such as aspects of personality, temperament, and identity.
By studying human development, students will gain a better understanding of themselves and others while learning how biological, psychological, social, cultural, and environmental factors influence development across the lifespan.
