About Me!

Hello!

My name is Allison Fernandes. This is my fourth year at MaST 2, and my eighth year teaching. I'm so excited to have another great year!

I graduated from Millersville University in 2018 with a degree in Early Childhood Education, and a minor in music. (I've been playing the flute since I was in 4th grade!) I taught 3rd grade for the first four years of my career. I also graduated with my Masters in Special Education in May.

Some of my favorite things are:

• The Philadelphia Phillies; I'm a big baseball fan!

• Cats; I have a two-year old cat named Gracie.

• Traveling; this summer I went to Portugal and California. I've also been to Italy, Tennessee, Mexico, Florida, Jamaica, and many more!

• Coffee; most days I'll be coming in with coffee in some form. :-)
