About Me!

Hello!

My name is Allison Fernandes. This is my third year at MaST 2, and my seventh year teaching. I'm teaching 4th grade Math and Science, and I'm so excited to have another great year!

I graduated from Millersville University in 2018 with a degree in Early Childhood Education, and a minor in music. (I've been playing the flute since I was in 4th grade!) I taught 3rd grade for the first four years of my career. I'm also currently in school for my Masters in Special Education at Arcadia.

Some of my favorite things are:

• The Philadelphia Phillies; I'm a big baseball fan!

• Cats; I have a one-year old cat named Gracie.

• Traveling; this summer I went to Atlanta. I've also been to Italy, Tennessee, Mexico, California, Florida, Jamaica, and many more!

• Coffee; most days I'll be coming in with coffee in some form. :-)
