New for the 2025 season. The first 3 days of practice we will have a time trial, this will be a 2 mile run. Girls are expected to complete this in 17:30(8:45/mile pace) and boys are expected to complete this in 15 minutes(7:30/mile pace). After the 3rd day those that have finished at or below their time at least once will be guaranteed a varsity spot. All of our summer conditioning will be focused on achieving this standard.
