Tiers

Math Review/Reteach was handed out on Thursday. This is used as a study guide and will be counted as bonus points if it is completed correctly and turned in on the test day.

Hello 5th Grade Families,

I am Mrs. Gentry and will be your child’s teacher for the school year. We have made it through the first 3 days of school and will hit the ground running on Monday. Thank you all for donating items, I appreciate it more than you know. We have a new reading curriculum this year. CKLA will start on Monday. It’s new for all K-6 students and teachers in the district. Things will be different, but I promise to keep you in the loop as much as possible. If you ever have any questions or concerns please feel free to reach out to me.

If you child is interested in band and or choir they will be in those classes at the following times.

Band-Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 8:20-9

Group Band(this group will differ week to week)-Monday 9-9:40

Choir- Tuesday, Thursday 9-9:40

*I will be required to teach during these times. We will be reading and filling in notes for social studies (8:20-9), and science (9-9:40). Your child will need to read the lessons on their own if they join band and or choir. They will be allowed to get the notes from another student.
