Hello! Welcome to our class website!
This website has been created for my students and their families in order to provide better communication between home, school, and the community. I hope that you are able to use this website to find the information meaningful. I vow to work hard on updating the site weekly as we go through the school year.
About me
My name is Payton Parks. I have lived in this area my entire life. Following my graduation from Massac High, I attended West Kentucky Community and Technical College for two years. I was a cheerleader for those two years at WKCTC and graduated with my Associates degree in Elementary Education. For the next two years I studied at Murray State University and graduated with honors and received my Bachelors degree in education. I have recently completed my Masters degree this summer, and I am now certified to work as a Reading and Writing specialist in Elementary schools. However, I love the classroom too much and plan to stay in this position for many years to come!
I am married to a former Jefferson Bobcat, Caleb. We got married in October 2018. May of 2021, we welcomed our first daughter Raelynn into the world. We welcomed our second daughter Lainey in July 2024. We hope that someday they can become Jefferson Bobcats, too! For the time being, we are enjoying this life together with them and watching them learn and grow.

I love the season of Fall...
....but my favorite holiday is Christmas.
I like Dove chocolate, chocolate covered pretzels, Coke, and Sprite.
I enjoy Sonic drinks. I also enjoy shopping at Cato, Maurices, Old Navy, and Hobby Lobby.
