January 28: MMS Scheduling Presentations at Mason Middle School (with High School Counselors)
January 28: MMS Parent Scheduling Presentation - 7:00pm, MHS Auditorium (for Rising 9th grade students)
January 29: MHS Scheduling Presentations for Rising 12th grade - during CONNECT
January 30: MHS Scheduling Presentations for Rising 10 - 11 grade students
1st bell - Rising 10th grade students
2nd bell - Rising 11th grade students
January 30: MHS Parent Scheduling Presentation - 7:00pm, MHS Auditorium (for Rising grade 10-12 students)
January 31 - February 6: HAC open (3:00pm) for Rising 9th grade students
February 8 - February 13: HAC open (3:00pm) for Rising 10 - 12 grade students
February 10: Verification Letters distributed to Rising 9th grade students at MMS
February 13: In-person counselor verification for Rising 9th grade students at MMS - bring completed and signed Verification Letter with you!
February 26: Verification Letters Distributed to students in Rising 10-12 grade students in English class
March 3 - March 5: Turn in Verification Letters to English class - REQUIRED and must include parent/guardian signature!
March 7: Final deadline for ALL course request changes

Choose courses from the Course Selector Form for 2025-2026 School Year.

We encourage students to consider the following when selecting courses for the upcoming school year:
Balance, Rigor, Career Interests
Enter course selections for 2025-2026 into Home Access Center (HAC).
February 8 (3:00pm) - February 13 (3:00pm) - HAC open for students in current grades 9-11 to enter course requests.
Important! Students must be logged into their student HAC account in order to enter course requests.
Pay close attention to course codes when entering requests.
**Required: Complete and turn in Scheduling Verification Contract**
Students will receive the Verification Contract during English classes on February 26 (students without an English class will be distributed separately).
Students will review the courses they selected in HAC and complete the required scheduling questions.
Parent/Guardian and Student signatures are required.
Alternate course selections must be entered on the form.
Completion and returning this form is required to finalize your course requests - turn in to English teacher March 3-5.
Counselors will meet with individual students if there are concerns or requests are incomplete.
Students may request a meeting with their counselor via email to review selections and/or ask questions.

REQUIRED!
ALL students must complete the William Mason High School Bus Registration for the 2025-2026 school year. Please indicate if you will be a DAILY bus rider, EMERGENCY USE only bus rider, or if you will not use bussing at all next school year. If you select emergency use only, you will have a place on a school bus when needed. This information will help transportation accurately assign bus routes.
