Additional Information:
2026 Graduation Ticket Request: Xavier University requires entry tickets. We will provide each Senior with 8 tickets in their graduation packet (they will receive this at Grad Rehearsal in May ). Complete this Form only if you need MORE than 8 tickets OR are using LESS than 8 tickets so we can do our best to allocate tickets accordingly. Graduates will not need a ticket to enter the Cintas Center. Please have this form completed by Friday, April 24, 2026 at 3:00 PM

-GRADUATION REHEARSAL: May 12th, 2026, 8:00 am. Graduating seniors report to the HS Large Commons. Seniors must ride the bus to rehearsal on May 12th. More detailed information will be shared with Seniors and Families as we get closer to the event

Graduation Ceremony Pictures: In order to view graduation photos from before and during the ceremony, you can simply scan the QR code below (Lifetouch photo) or text a unique access code that is set up for Mason Graduation 2026.

Q: What time do Seniors Report on the day of Graduation?
A: 7:30 am Seniors need to be at the Cintas Center at Xavier University
Q: When will tickets for graduation be given to seniors?
A: At graduation rehearsal on Tuesday, May 12th
Q: Can we request additional tickets?
A: Yes, please fill out the Google form that will be available in April
Q: Can we decorate our graduation caps?
A: No, caps cannot be decorated
Q: Do we get to keep our graduation gowns?
A: No, these are rentals, but you can keep the caps.
A: We recommend taking photos in your gowns before the ceremony - students will return gowns immediately following the conclusion of the graduation ceremony while picking up their diplomas.
Q: What colors are the graduation gowns? What size do order for the graduation caps?

A: Seniors report at 7:30 am, the doors for families will open at 8:00 am
Q: Are there assigned seats at the ceremony?
A: No, the seating will be first-come, first-serve.
Q: Are there Handicap Services at the Cintas Center?
A: The Cintas has plenty of available handicap seating throughout the building. We also have a valet service provided through the Cintas Center that will help anyone who needs these services when they arrive at the Cintas Center.
Q: Will the graduation ceremony be live-streamed?
A: Yes.
Q: What if my student does not participate in the graduation ceremony? How can they get his/her diploma?
A: Students can pick up their diplomas during regular school hours on Monday, May 18
Q: Will I need to pay for parking?
A: No.
