Q: What time do Seniors Report on the day of Graduation?
A: 7:30 am Seniors need to be at the Cintas Center at Xavier University
Q: When will tickets for graduation be given to seniors?
A: At graduation rehearsal on Tuesday, May 12th
Q: Can we request additional tickets?
A: Yes, please fill out the Google form that will be available in April
Q: Can we decorate our graduation caps?
A: No, caps cannot be decorated
Q: Do we get to keep our graduation gowns?
A: No, these are rentals, but you can keep the caps.
A: We recommend taking photos in your gowns before the ceremony - students will return gowns immediately following the conclusion of the graduation ceremony while picking up their diplomas.
Q: What colors are the graduation gowns? What size do order for the graduation caps?
A: Option A = Green Gown, Option B = White Gown
A: Caps are one size fits all
Q: What time do the doors open on graduation day (for parents)?
A: Seniors report at 7:30 am, the doors for families will open at 8:00 am
Q: Are there assigned seats at the ceremony?
A: No, the seating will be first-come, first-serve.
Q: Are there Handicap Services at the Cintas Center?
A: The Cintas has plenty of available handicap seating throughout the building. We also have a valet service provided through the Cintas Center that will help anyone who needs these services when they arrive at the Cintas Center.
Q: Will the graduation ceremony be live-streamed?
A: Yes.
Q: What if my student does not participate in the graduation ceremony? How can they get his/her diploma?
A: Students can pick up their diplomas during regular school hours on Monday, May 18
Q: Will I need to pay for parking?
A: No.
