A $20 late fee will be added for all orders received after this date

May 14, 2026: Parade of Graduates at MECC; 10:00am - 11:00am

Additional Information:
NOT LIVE UNTIL APRIL: 2026 Graduation Ticket Request: Xavier University requires entry tickets. We will provide each Senior with 8 tickets in their graduation packet (they will receive this at Grad Rehearsal in May ). Complete this form only if you need MORE than 8 tickets OR are using LESS than 8 tickets so we can do our best to allocate tickets accordingly. Graduates will not need a ticket to enter the Cintas Center.

Graduation Ceremony Picture LINK: Here is a link to graduation picture day for all graduating seniors and their families. This LINK will help guide you to accessing and viewing graduation images after the ceremony. You can simply scan the QR code on the LINK or text a unique access code that is set up for Mason Graduation 2026.
Livestream Link: Below you will find the Livestream link for your upcoming graduation. Please note we will not be “live” prior to the designated graduation time; we go “live” once the students begin processing in.

A: 7:30 am Seniors need to be at the Cintas Center at Xavier University
Q: When will tickets for graduation be given to seniors?
A: At graduation rehearsal on Tuesday, May 13th
Q: Can we request additional tickets?
A: Yes, please fill out the Google form that will be available in April
Q: Can we decorate our graduation caps?
A: No, caps cannot be decorated
Q: Do we get to keep our graduation gowns?
A: No, these are rentals, but you can keep the caps.
A: We recommend taking photos in your gowns before the ceremony - students will return gowns immediately following the conclusion of the graduation ceremony while picking up their diplomas.
Q: What colors are the graduation gowns? What size do order for the graduation caps?
A: Option A = Green Gown, Option B = White Gown

Q: What if my student does not participate in the graduation ceremony? How can they get his/her diploma?
A: Students can pick up their diplomas during regular school hours on Monday, May 19.
Q: Will I need to pay for parking?
A: No.
