• November 6th, 2025:  Senior Graduation Orders Begin

  • • For Gown Colors: Option A = GREEN and Option B = WHITE

    • Caps are one size fits all

• December 1, 2025: Deadline for ordering a Cap and Gown **Cap & Gown Orders** 

  • • A $20 late fee will be added for all orders received after this date

• February 1st, 2026: Deadline for submitting/ordering Senior Ads, Senior Portrait Submissions, & Yearbook ordering

• May 12, 2026- Graduation Rehearsal @ 9:00am

• May 13, 2026: Senior Bike Ride: 

  • • Arrive at the Manor House - 6:45am

    • Depart Manor House - 7:10/7:15am

    • Arrive at MHS (senior parking spot) - 7:35am and proceed to the Dwire Field/Tunnel

    • Senior breakfast, video yearbook to follow

• May 14, 2026: Parade of Graduates at MECC; 10:00am - 11:00am

  • • This event is optional for Seniors 

• May 17, 2026; 9:00am - Graduation Ceremony; Cintas Center

  • • Seniors must arrive at 7:30am

Additional Information:

• NOT LIVE UNTIL APRIL: 2026 Graduation Ticket Request: Xavier University requires entry tickets. We will provide each Senior with 8 tickets in their graduation packet (they will receive this at Grad Rehearsal in May ). Complete this form only if you need MORE than 8 tickets OR are using LESS than 8 tickets so we can do our best to allocate tickets accordingly. Graduates will not need a ticket to enter the Cintas Center.

• Tickets will be distributed to Seniors on Tuesday, May 12th, 2026 at Graduation Rehearsal. All families will receive 8 tickets

• Graduation Ticket Information - a ticket is required for entrance to the ceremony!

Graduation Media Information 2026:

• Graduation Ceremony Picture LINK: Here is a link to graduation picture day for all graduating seniors and their families. This LINK will help guide you to accessing and viewing graduation images after the ceremony.  You can simply scan the QR code on the LINK or text a unique access code that is set up for Mason Graduation 2026. 

• Livestream Link:  Below you will find the Livestream link for your upcoming graduation. Please note we will not be “live” prior to the designated graduation time; we go “live” once the students begin processing in.
