The student should have been given account information with his/her Chromebook at the home school. You can also request account information with the form on the parent page

Your child can still login to his/her Chromebook without internet. There are some offline documents that are available to work on, that will automatically update when the student connects to wifi. Flash drives also can be accessed off line.
