About Mr. Shively
Hello! My name is Keith Shively and I am in my 17th year of teaching. I have served as both a special education teacher and a regular education teacher in high school and middle school settings. Additionally, I served for 4 years as a special education administrator before returning to the classroom. I am a graduate of Mechanicsburg Area School District, and a graduate of Elizabethtown College and Temple University. Currently, I am working towards my doctorate at Gwynedd Mercy University.
In my free time, I enjoy traveling with my wife, Mindy, and our daughters, Norah, Rory, and Sybil. I also enjoy kayaking, swimming, lifeguarding, painting (houses not pictures) and football and baseball (Orioles and Ravens!) At home we have a full house with 2 Irish Setters (Sully and Delilah) and 2 cats (Gordon and Archer).
