The athletic participation form needs to be completed only ONE time each school year.
Athletes are unable to practice until the form has been completed/submitted.
$100 participation fee
This fee needs to be submitted only ONE time each school year. You do not need to submit payment again if your son/daughter has already participated in another sport this school year.
