2021 - 2022: Visiting Artist - Natasha Lehrer Lewis

*A triptych made of wool and other fibers, inspired by the natural landscape of Big Bend including the Fox River - made by all students from Kindergarten through 6th grade


2020 - 2021: It's a Small World castle

* A colorful castle inspired by the Disney artist, Mary Blair

2019-2020: Celebration of Children's Literature

* Assortment of children's book imagery on 8" x 10" canvas panels

2018-2019: 100 Canvas Squares

*100th anniversary for our school and our 10th anniversary with our Legacy Project tradition

* 100 - 2" canvas squares, using our school colors and mascot

2017-2018: Canvas Fish

*Added to the 3 existing fish from our Artist in Residence experience with Marina Lee (2003-04)

* Glass fusing tools were acquired with a MASD Education Foundation grant
* Glass (and expertise) were donated by the generous Grabowski family
