REGISTRATION PROCESS

• Everyone MUST complete our online WAIT LIST REGISTRATION form below.   You will be contacted once received.

• A form must be completed for each student.

• Local emergency contact must be provided on the registration form.

• Annual, non-refundable registration fee of $35 will be charged in addition to the first week’s tuition at the time of enrollment at Procare Software.
