Laura Fitzgerald, EdD, is a higher education leader, leadership coach, and scholar-practitioner whose work centers on student success, leadership development, coaching, and organizational effectiveness.

She earned her Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Organizational Innovation from Marymount University. Her doctoral research explored how coaching and the GROW Model can strengthen leadership development, reflective practice, and decision-making among undergraduate student government leaders.

Laura also serves as President-Elect of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Upstate New York Chapter, where she contributes to chapter governance, strategic planning, board development, and member engagement.

Across her work, Laura brings together leadership practice, coaching, and research to develop people, strengthen organizations, and create environments where individuals can thrive.
