This website is created by MBU students for MBU students to increase engagement in the 2020 presidential election. The content here is intended to be nonpartisan. There are over 30 student editors adding content and we are all doing our best to monitor this site for compliance with our nonpartisan policy. If, however, there is ANY inappropriate content added, please feel free to alert me, Dr. Laura van Assendelft, as the professor teaching the course that this project has grown from. Contact me at LVANASSE@marybaldwin.edu. Students working on this Google Site are coordinating election activities with the Spencer Center, but the Spencer Center is not responsible for the content on this page.
To use this Google Site, scroll through the blog to read about current events or student opinions. Check out the calendar under the events tab to find events happening on campus. The candidates tab will show the history and stances of the major players. Go to the debates tab to find summaries of past debates and a calendar of future ones. To find out more about the history of the presidential election, check out the history tab. We will be posting interesting articles and resources under important links. Lastly, if interested in the class, the about page shows off everyone who is contributing to this website. Thank you for checking this out!
