A good way to relax in bed is to read a nice calming book that you like to read before you go to sleep, a book can help in a lot of different ways like to make your eyes get sleepy and want to fall asleep and a book can help you to relax too.

Another good way is to have a hot water bottle beside you, it can help you to relax and feel cosy.

A great way is to listen to calming music, that can help you feel nice and sleepy. I also have some links to nice calming music in the music category.

Lavender scent and things that are purple can hep you sleep too it is a very calming colour to help get you relaxed.
