Don’t forget to register for Winter Cheer in Bound!!!

You must submit/confirm you have an up-to-date physical!

ALL athletic forms have to be done online through Bound.

This includes uploading your physicals and completing all other athletic forms (concussion, medical release, etc.)

Please have the following forms completed ASAP!
