Families, Marlin ISD is streamlining the enrollment process making it easier to enroll your child in Pre-K and Kindergarten.
Pre-K and Kindergarten teachers in Marlin ISD receive extra hours of training each year to equip them with the latest tools to provide a robust kindergarten experience for our scholars.
Begin the registration process by joining us at our PreK/Kindergarten Round-up Event on July 8, 2020
A returning student is defined as a student who completed the last school year in Marlin ISD. You will need your parent portal login to begin registration.
After logging in, make sure all required fields and uploaded documents are complete before submitting. After submission, any changes can only be made at the campus.
Registration for returning students begin July 13, 2020.

A new student is defined as a student who has not previously attended a Marlin ISD school or is transferring back to Marlin ISD from another district.
Parents of new to Marlin ISD students grades 1st-12th must create account in our Ascender Parent Portal to begin registration process.
New student registration begins June 29, 2020.

Message about COVID-19 safety: We take the safety of our Marlin ISD staff and community very seriously. Social distancing measures are being implemented to ensure the safety of all when attending one of our facilities for registration or taking care of other official business. In alignment with guidelines by the CDC, facial coverings will be required for entry into a Marlin ISD facility.
Required Registration Documents
To make the online application efficient, please have the following documents ready to be uploaded:
Parent/Legal Guardian's Government Issued Photo Identification
Proof of Residency (a current electric, gas, water bill or lease agreement)
Must be in the parent/guardian's name and current within the last 30 days

How do I get started?
A parent portal ID has been assigned to each student enrolled in Marlin ISD. You will need to access your parent portal account to begin registration. If you don't have a parent portal account, click here to create one: https://txeis12.txeis.net/ParentPortal/createUser.
What is the process for enrolling a new student with siblings currently enrolled in the district?
Parents of students enrolled in Marlin ISD may use the parent portal to register those students. To add new students to an existing parent portal account, parents must conduct a preliminary verification to obtain a parent portal ID for the new student. If the student is a PreK or Kindergarten student, please attend the Round Up event or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to set up an appointment.
