Frequently Asked Questions:

• What all do you rent?

  • Right now we rent primarily marquee letters/numbers and backdrops. However, we are always open to custom requests!! Most of our new offerings start as a custom request. We have a pretty talented crew willing to make your dreams become reality! Just DM us or email us with your idea, and we will do our best to make it reality!

• What if our rental is short notice?

  • We are extremely flexible, and we typically don't turn customers away! If you call within 2 weeks, and we don't have the inventory to satisfy your rental request, we will make the letters in time for your event! If it is within a 2 weeks notice, we may request a rush fee, but we always do our best to make the rental happen!

• How big are the letters/numbers? 

  • Our letters our are 6 inches thick, 2 feet wide, and 4 feet tall. Typically an enclosed truck bed or SUV works well for transporting the letters! We ask that all of our equipment is transported without exposure to the outside elements such as precipitation.

• What are the letters/numbers made of? 

  • Our letters are made out of wood. We take pride in our letters looking high-quality. We don't use materials like foam or poster board for our letters. They are very durable and made to last!

• What does pick up and drop off look like if we opt out of the delivery option?

  • We typically allow 1-3 days before and after your event to pick up and drop off the rentals. Within that time frame, we arrange pick up and drop off times that are convenient for the customer. The details for pick up and drop off will be sent following payment for the rentals.

• Will you deliver?

  • We offer a delivery fee for Omaha, Lincoln, and surrounding areas. If the delivery is outside of that range there may be a slight mileage fee on top of the standard delivery fee. 

  • The delivery fee covers delivery to the venue, setup, and teardown. We are very flexible and will do our best to accommodate your event timeline!

• Can we have a quote before deciding on the rental?

  • Of course! All of our customers will receive a quote that will need to be accepted before payment is processed.

• What are your methods of payment?

  • We prefer to have customers pay via card through our quotes. However, we will accept cash and check as well!
