The student shall proceed to the departmental interview to be conducted by the Program Chairs.
DEPARTMENTAL INTERVIEW
Students enrolling must undergo departmental interview specifically the Program Chairs must explain the Enrolment Waiver for the Medical Requirements and Admission Tests.
VALIDATION OF ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Students after successful interview MUST submit the Departmental Interview Result and Enrolment Waiver Forms for validation. Other important requirements must be explained to the students before proceeding to the enrolment.

Enrollees will register Online through the SchoolAutomate. The admission requirements are included below for your reference. A TEMPORARY ID will be generated and you shall use this in the entire enrollment process.
2A-MEDICAL REQUIREMENTS
The Medical requirements are required for both the Maritime and Business. Freshmen and Transferees may get a Referral Slip at the school clinic for easier transaction at our partnered laboratory facilities.
ACCREDITED LABORATORY FACILITIES
Below are the accredited laboratory facilities of the school. In the event that the student may not be able to visit any of the laboratory facilities due to Covid19 restrictions, they may opt to accomplish their medical requirements to any accredited DOH laboratory facilities near their residence.
