Design your own college visits! If you need time to explore and visit colleges to help you make that crucial decision this is the perfect opportunity for you! Keep in mind, the high school counselors are also offering a teacher-led course designed around local campus visits if you wish to join them.
See a minimum of three colleges or universities!
Write a reflection about each of your visits and experience. The reflections will be through SCOIR.
Return with an admission ticket from the universities or colleges you visited.

Colleges must be visited during Intersession week to be counted towards meeting these requirements.
All requirements must be completed and turned in prior to, or on May 23, 2023, in order to receive Intersession credit on your transcript. Failure to do so will result in an incompletion and be reflected on the transcript.
May 2
Students must turn in an itinerary for their College Visits.
May 19 through May 21
Visit the planned itinerary at Colleges or Universities.
Students are expected to be at school on May 23 & May 24. Visits on those days will not count towards Intersession.
May 23
Students' admission tickets, pictures, and reflections are due to Mr. Sugerman, on Schoology.
All students who are assigned College Explorations must have a parent/guardian attend one of the Parent Informational Meetings. The meetings will last approximately 30-45 minutes and will cover all expectations, forms, and important requirements for Intersession: College Explorations. Parents must attend one of the meetings. All meetings will be held at Mariemont High School located in the HUB.
