Hello! My name is Gus; I am currently studying Biochemistry at Estrella Mountain Community College. So far, I have taken CHM130 and a BIO181 and a few other prerequisites for my degree. I have always had a fascination in chemistry and science as a whole, but never had the outlet to express my curiosity. Now that I am in college and studying these topics, I can say I have found my calling and am excited to proceed with my academic journey. My end goal is to get a doctorate in Biochemistry and work in pharmaceutical research. I want to be able to help people and make a difference in the world.

Achieve mastery in ALL of the Course Learning Objectives
Learn more about the world around me and how it functions at an atomic scale
Be able to develop my skills in critical analysis of chemistry problems and equations
Most importantly, have fun and be able to enjoy learning and participating in class
Be prepared for General Chemistry II
