This month, we feature Christina Tudela—a versatile bodybuilder, who from the local stages of competition, made her rise to the top podium of the regional scene.
Tudela began her bodybuilding journey across multiple divisions five years ago with a debut gold finish in the Bikini division of the 2020 Dee Clayton Classic. In the 2021 DC Classic, she competed in Figure and settled for a bronze; in the 2022 DC Classic, she won double gold in the Wellness and Figure Short and also secured the Overall Figure title. She then made her Pacific Games debut and made history for the CNMI with a gold medal in the WBPF Model Physique Short category; she then took a break in 2024, and in 2025, she came back strong with a first place finish in both the Wellness and Bikini divisions of the DC Classic.
The public outreach specialist for the Department of Lands and Natural Resources has been utilizing Latte Built since before 2020. She said she chose the gym because “It basically has all that I need all in one spot, so it saves me the hassle, it’s close to home, and I can do my full workout regimen without having to go to multiple spots in the day.”
The gym fits her fitness goals because they have new equipment for legs, as well as the new recovery spa which includes a cold plunge and a dry sauna. Besides her own personal goals, she decided to take on something new and become a personal trainer at the gym herself. “In terms of goals, when I finished the recent competition, I decided to step it up a notch. So instead of just training, I actually became certified, so now, I’m actually a trainer myself, here at Latte Built. It’s new for me, but at the same time, it helps me to put in extra work, and helps others meet their goals as well.”
As for her favorite thing about the gym, she said it’s the vibe. “We got a lot of great people over here, great athletes, great staff, and every time we come in here, it’s just like home—basically it’s my second home. So, I feel welcome, I feel free to do my own thing and however I need to do that to meet my goals.”
