Police seek public’s help in locating Vincent Deleon Guerrero 

07/11/2025 - From CNMI Department of Public Safety:

"The Department of Public Safety requests the assistance of the community in locating Mr. Vincent Deleon Guerrero (a.k.a. Ben Bodig). Deleon Guerrero is wanted in reference to a robbery incident that occurred at the San Antonio Supermarket on July 09, 2025, and reported to DPS at 8:34 PM.

Preliminary investigation indicates that a male suspect wearing a black hoodie and short pants entered the establishment, and asked to buy cigarettes and a phone card. The suspect also asked to see a cellphone, identified as a Samsung A16 valued at $280. As the cashier showed the

phone, which was in a box, the suspect took the phone and told the cashier to finish serving other customers. 

The cashier told the suspect to pay for the items, but the suspect insisted and told the cashier to finish assisting other customers. The suspect later began to shout as he took out a black pocket knife and pointed it at the cashier and customers before running out of the store.

After reviewing surveillance footage, Officers identified the suspect as Vincent Deleon Guerrero. Surveillance footages also confirm that Deleon Guerrero had entered the passenger side of a Kia Soul, license plate #ACS294, and left the scene heading south. The driver remains unknown at this time.

Vincent Deleon Guerrero was also identified as responsible for 2 other theft incidents that occurred at the Twins Supermarket in Dan Dan, reported to DPS on July 08, 2025, at 2:00 AM, and the Mobil Chalan Kiya, reported on June 29, 2025, at 11:15 AM.”
