Missing Person (3/17/25)

03/17/25 - From CNMI Department of Public Safety: DPS seeks the community’s assistance in locating Mr. Qiao, Fei. Qiao, a 32-year-old male Chinese citizen, arrived in Saipan on March 07, 2025, and was scheduled to depart on March 10, 2025. Qiao checked in at the Seabreeze Garden in San Jose and was last reported getting into a red Toyota Corolla within the parking area of the J’s Restaurant in San Jose on March 09 at around 2:00 PM. All personal belongings, including his passport, were left inside his room.
