I would like to take this time to introduce myself to you and your family. My name is Andrew Ossler, and I am very excited to begin my third year as Marian’s Music Director. I received my Bachelor of Music Education at Illinois State University.

I currently reside in Huntley, IL where I actively play Trumpet throughout the community. I play Trumpet/Cornet at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Huntley, Rockford Concert Band, Prairie Brass Band, and Chicago Brass Band. My goals are not only performance based, but faith based. My number one job at Marian is to help nurture your children’s faith and help them to grow closer to God. Understanding that all that we do, is in His name.

You can expect that I will be prepared and knowledgeable of the content area. Your children can be confident that I am fair, honest, and will always do what I can to help them succeed. I will also be challenging and hold them accountable. I look forward to all of us working together to have an incredible year of making great music!
