Firstly, I would like to extend my thanks to those of you who supported the school in raising money for Comic Relief last week. I am pleased to share that we raised £256.85. Your generous contributions for this cause are greatly appreciated.
On Wednesday, two of our Year 5 pupils represented the school in a Trust-wide biscuit competition. They excelled in their task, producing some remarkably attractive biscuits. I would like to commend both of them for their hard work and courage in preparing their creations in front of numerous peers and adults.
Yesterday, we hosted our Mother's Day event, which was a delightful occasion. It was wonderful to see so many of you join us to celebrate this special day with your children. We truly hope you enjoyed the time spent together creating a memorable craft.
Looking ahead, please note that our parent consultations will take place next Wednesday and Thursday. If you have not yet arranged to meet with your child's class teacher, kindly do so via the MCAS app. Should you require any assistance with this process, please do not hesitate to contact the office, where staff will be more than happy to help.
I hope you all have a lovely weekend.

We would like to invite parents/carers to attend our Spring Parent Consultations which are being held on Wednesday 2nd and Thursday 3rd April 2025 between the hours of 3:30pm and 6:00pm.
As there are a higher number of children on roll in EYFS, we have made additional slots available for EYFS parents between 1:30-2:30pm.
Slots will be available to book on MCAS from 5.00pm on Friday 21st March 2025. If you have push notifications enabled on your device, you should receive one when the appointment slots go live.
All meetings will be held face-to-face in the main hall. You will be chaperoned to the hall and you will have a 10-minute slot for your meeting. There will also be an opportunity to view your child’s learning.
A huge thank you to the PTA for our brand new netball hoops, bibs and balls. This will ensure the children can continue enjoying and playing netball as part of the curriculum.
As well as our Netball team who were over the moon with the new equipment A big thank you from the netball team, Miss Brown and Mrs Rye! We love them!

We wanted to send a massive thank you to Lucia for giving up her weekend to raise money for the academy. She raised £29.06 by selling books and toys that she no longer uses on a stall outside her front door.
We're especially grateful that she's asked for the funds to go towards learning support and equipment.
Thank you Lucia!
