Despite the cold, wet weather, we have started the term full of energy and ready to learn. It was lovely to see lots of parents/carers attend our open event on Wednesday. We hope you found it useful to get an overview of your child's learning and to have the chance to look at some of their work.
This week some of our Year 6 children took part in Bikeability. The children thoroughly enjoyed practising their cycling skills and building their confidence in cycling in school and on the road. The instructors who came to deliver this training were very complimentary of the children and said they were a fantastic group. Well done to all of the children involved for being great representatives of our school.
On Wednesday, Oak class and Juniper class visited the library for the very first time. They were super excited about their visit and a great time was had by all. Following this visit, the children have invited one of the Librarians, Jo, to come and visit our school so that they can read her a book. We look forward to seeing Jo soon.
I hope you all have a lovely weekend.
