Girls' Mini World Cup

On Monday, the UKS2 girls football team travelled to the Gallagher Stadium to compete in the Mini World cup, representing Costa Rica. This event even got screen time on Monday night on BBC South East Today.  We had the honour of the Mayor of Maidstone hosting!

It was a tiring day, but lots of fun! Well done girls, we are always proud of the effort you put in.

KS1 Football vs Greenfields

On Thursday, our KS1 football team played against Greenfields Community Primary. The team played really well, despite their best efforts, they lost 2-0. Mr Moore has awarded 'Player of the Match' to Preston!

Maidstone Girls' Player Development Centre

Come and join the Maidstone United Girls’ Player Development Centre.

Sessions will run every Monday during term time at the Gallagher Stadium, at the following time:

16:30 to 17:30: School years 2 to 9

There will be specific coaching for goalkeepers and outfield players.

Maidstone Girls' Soccer School

New for Easter 2023: Maidstone United Girls’ Soccer School.

We’re throwing open the gates of the Gallagher on:

The day will include football coaching, mini-tournaments, penalty shootouts and more, with prizes, medals and trophies up for grabs.

The soccer school, which costs £30 for the day, is open to girls in school years 2 to 9.

The day will run from 10:00 to 15:00, with check-in and collection half an hour either side.

With no more than 12 children to one coach, the groups will be organised by the age of players. All Maidstone United coaching staff are FA qualified and DBS checked.
