Learn how to use proven, battlefield-tested techniques — including direct pressure, wound packing, and tourniquet application — to stop life-threatening bleeding before help arrives.
What you’ll learn:
How to identify life-threatening bleeding
How to stop bleeding using direct pressure, wound packing, and tourniquets
When and how to safely use medical gear
How to stay calm, take control, and act effectively as an immediate responder
Why it matters:
A bleeding injury can happen anywhere — at work, on the road, or at home. Blood loss is the most preventable cause of death following trauma. This class gives you the knowledge and confidence to respond quickly and make a difference.
